We can still find love again.
My name is Alma and I live in Davao City, Philippines. My fiancee, Buck, lives in Northern California, USA.
I signed up on ASC in April of 2005 and Buck found me in July of the same year. We sent each other emails once in a while and it wasn't until September when we started chatting for hours almost daily.
For one reason or another, which seems not important anymore, we stopped chatting in January of 2006. So it was quite a surprise when I received an email from him in December of 2006 asking me if I wanted to chat. He called me at home and we started chatting again and he said he was glad the "old shoes" were still there where he left them.
Buck and I just spent the most marvelous two weeks of our lives this April in Manila. We decided to meet to see if there is as much chemistry in person as there is online and to decide whether we could live with each other the rest of our lives. We decided that we could, so we are now working on the Fiance Visa and Buck is planning on another visit in August or September to meet and get to know my kids, my family, and my dear friends too.
It is truly amazing that even at our ages (we're both in our 50's), we can still find LOVE again.
Thank you ASC! If it were not for Asian Singles Connection, we wouldn't have found each other and wouldn't have known that TRUE LOVE can exist even between two people who are thousands of miles apart.

Buck filed a petition for a fiance visa, got approved, and finally I arrived in the US the last week of January this year. We are now happily married and living in Nevada.
